No. Describe how it should sound and look in plain words. Change it the same way ("less reverb, darker plate"), or turn the knobs yourself.
Your first plugin is free: play it in your browser with your own vocal and build your whole store. After that it runs on credits (10 credits makes a new plugin). Get a pack once (10 for $9, 50 for $35, 150 for $89), for your own music in your DAW, or a plan to make plugins every month and sell them: Creator, $29 a month for 60 credits · about 6 plugins, or Pro, $79 for 200 credits · about 20 plugins. When something sells, Sidechain keeps 20% on Creator and 15% on Pro. The rest is yours.
A plugin they can play right on your store page, on their own vocal or their mic, and a license key in their Purchases. In their DAW they load it in the free Sidechain Player: VST3 and AU on macOS, VST3 on Windows.
Publish on Creator or Pro, then connect payouts through Stripe. It takes about five minutes and needs your legal name, date of birth and bank details. Stripe pays you out on your payout schedule. You can publish before you connect: sales still go through and your share waits for you.
Yes. Once you publish (Creator or Pro), set any price, including free. Every buyer's email is yours to keep either way.
Nothing. Every plugin you've published stays live in your store and keeps selling on any plan. Back on Free, you can't publish new ones, and making them goes back to the Free limits.
